Montréal's downtown looks beautiful after heavy rain, especially with a vibrant sunset. Mount Royal is visible behind the buildings. The colours remain unchanged, simply filling in the shadows.

“Young amethyst deceiver”

Amethyst deceiver is a small brightly colored mushroom.

Because its bright amethyst coloration fades with age and weathering, it becomes difficult to identify, hence the common name “deceiver”.

This tiny one (around 2 centimeters tall) is far from deceiving the viewer.
